Free Boat Trailer Registration Questions, Car,boat, trailer?

Registration Questions, car, boat, trailer? - free boat trailer

It is an apartment neighbor who has a car and a broken old boat trailer in the garage of the debate in the past 18 years. The owner left and never returned, and much, much time away, never to return. The owner is now selling the building and must come out of this material there. He has not on the documents of title or something, but he says he can, the car, boat and trailer for free, if I moved. I do not exactly fit in my name? Do you think that these things are still "in the system?" Thanks in advance!

You have to make a left and then I think you can be put objects in their name, there is an embargo against them. You need to consult the laws of your state so.

Get a clean bill of sale by the owner of a building for $ 1.00. The owner may obtain a form by the courthouse of the county for the storage behind it. If you are a customer who accounts may be eligible for admission to the team obtained. If you are the number of old labels that things will be easier to make ...
Good luck!

The DMV has forms for this purpose. You need to try, through a process that will inform the owners of record, if at all, and after a certain time registered in your name. It is as a lien sale known.

You can then still the name of the original owner. I communicate with your state DMV and ask questions. I think landloard can do what he wants, but I forgot my contact with the DMV does not, any number of tags of the vehicles and any number of wine to take if possible length. The DMV is able to provide all information to remove this information.

In some States, if something is old enough, a title, you must register. Contact your local tax collector local and see what they say. It is more probable, simply ask one under the new case is set. Something like that, but like I said, the tax collector will do exactly what you need.

Probably no longer in the system. Since technically belong to the landlord / owner was sitting, it can be as simple as telling him something, he was the owner, write, or has given you - and you file for lost title.

This varies by state, but spent lanlord has a lien on them for storage costs and secure new bonds, and you can see some of them for you to connect to file. Most states require that a ship is registered, will conduct experiments on the water.
